Intelligence thinks. Intuition decides.

System 1 and System 2, drawn as a sorterCases run into VAKYN. VAKYN decides most of them at once and says how sure it is. The unsure ones go to System 2, an LLM or a person. Each case System 2 settles runs back into VAKYN along the VAKYN loop, so it learns exactly there.PAY · 94% SUREEVERY CASE15.1msTHE VAKYN LOOPDECIDED8sure: your code actsSYSTEM 2 · AN LLM OR A PERSON2unsure: someone thinks it throughticket 97%review

How it works

One request, in three steps.

You send a state and typed questions about it. VAKYN sends back one answer per question, with how sure it is. Your code turns that into a decision. Below, a real support ticket and the model's answers to it.

  1. ISend the stateThe thing you want judged, as text or JSON. Here, a support ticket as it arrives.

Hi, our card was charged twice for the October subscription: two charges of $49 on October 1, same card, same invoice number. Please refund one of them. No rush, whenever you get to it.

  2. IIAsk typed questionsPick one, yes or no, or a level. Ask as many as you need: the ticket is read once, so three questions cost about the same as one.

Why VAKYN

For teams that make the same decision thousands of times a day.

VAKYN decides the everyday tickets, alerts and reports as they arrive, and hands you the ones it is unsure of.

  1. 01

    Gets better at your work.

Every round of the loop, fewer cases need a person. The VAKYN loop finds where it fails on your cases, trains exactly there, and checks the fix on those cases.

    997occupations

  2. 02

Your data stays where it must.

Run it on your own servers, in the country and under the rules you need, or on VAKYN Cloud if you would rather not run anything. Both use the same API.

  3. 03

Fast and cheap at any scale.

Milliseconds per decision on one graphics card. On your own servers there is no request limit.

For regulated teams

Run it where your data already lives.

Banks, hospitals and security teams can keep VAKYN inside their own walls. The documents it reads and the answers it gives never leave your network.

  • On your servers, even air-gappedWe set VAKYN up on your hardware, and it runs there with no connection out.
  • In the region you chooseOn your own servers in any country, or on VAKYN Cloud in the region you pick.
  • DPA and BAAWe sign a data processing agreement for GDPR and a business associate agreement for HIPAA.
  • A person on the unsure casesEvery answer says how sure it is, and the unsure ones go to a person, so people review the hard calls.

Test VAKYN on your own data.

Send us a sample of your cases and the call you made on each. We run VAKYN on them and show you where it agrees with your calls and where it doesn't yet, and what the VAKYN loop would train next.
