Ask a document questions, get probabilities back
VAKYN reads a piece of text or JSON once and answers your questions about it: yes or no, which of several options, or where on a scale. Every answer says how sure it is.

In one minute
A request has a state, the thing you want judged, and named questions about it. Each answer comes back typed, with how sure it is. A real ticket:
State
“Hi, our card was charged twice for the October subscription: two charges of $49 on October 1, same card, same invoice number. Please refund one of them. No rush, whenever you get to it.”
- Which team should get this ticket?billing · 100% sure
- Does the customer ask for money back?yes · 99%
- How soon does this ticket need a human reply?can wait a few days · 77% sure
- noulYes or no.The probability of yes.
- choiceOne of your options. The pick, a probability per option and a confidence.
- scoreA level on your scale. The expected level, the spread and a confidence.
All questions in a request are answered from one reading of the state, so ten questions about a document cost little more than one. Everything goes through a single endpoint, POST /v1/systemone.
Where to start
To start from nothing, the quickstart gets you to a first answer in a few minutes. If you already call a Jev-compatible API, set TYPESAFE_BASE_URL to https://api.vakyn.com and use a key from the console; nothing else in your code changes. See Switching. To run VAKYN on your own servers, see Self-hosting.
